Quality Insights’ Kidney Care project developed and produced an interactive webinar series intended to accompany the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ 2020 Chronic Kidney Disease Disparities: Educational Guide for Primary Care. The series covers a range of actionable approaches from leveraging health information systems to identify at-risk patients using quality indicators, to promoting early detection of CKD, to addressing social determinants in CKD. In this webinar, we explore the Kidney Care CKD eLearn series and how primary care practices that incorporate into their workflow the approaches taught in the series have an opportunity to better manage patients’ care.
